Your brand is more than just a logo: it’s how people connect with you, your mission and vision. With our expertise in graphic design and brand strategy service, a well designed brand can become an important asset to your business, one that seamlessly communicates your brand story and lingers in the hearts and minds of your customers long after ‘checkout’.
Our brand design services are tailored to fit where you’re at in business, whether you’re just starting out or looking to rebrand as you grow. We want your customers to feel connected when they interact with your brand, so we dive deep. We study competitive market, design trends, define the right styles and work closely with you to create a brand identity that really reflects the essence of your brand.
Our comprehensive brand design package includes the following:
A brand strategy is a plan for how a company will make its brand stand out, and a visual moodboard is a collection of images and design elements that help to create a visual representation of the brand’s personality and style. The strategy guides the overall direction of the brand, and the moodboard helps to keep the brand’s visual elements consistent and aligned with the strategy.
After the brand strategy is established, our designer will generate multiple concepts by brainstorming as many ideas as possible. The best ideas will be chosen and refined by experimenting with various colors, typography, and composition, in preparation for presentation to the client. We will work with the client to refine the chosen concept and make further iterations until the design is finalized. Final logos will be packaged into a downloadable link.
Brand identity design aims to create a consistent, recognizable visual representation of the brand that can be applied to various touchpoints. The goal is to create a strong and memorable brand that resonates with the audience, stands out from competitors, and builds trust and loyalty with customers. In this phase, you will see visual mockups of your brand collaterals, marketing material or packaging examples depending on your business.
A brand style guide is to ensure consistency and accuracy in how a brand is presented across all touchpoints. It provides a clear and detailed guide for anyone who works with your brand to understand how to use the design elements correctly, maintain brand recognition, and avoid inconsistencies that could dilute the brand’s identity and message. The complete style guide pdf will also include typography, colour codes, photography and illustration briefs.
Our branding process is tweaked for every client because no two brands are the same. What runs through everything we do is a tried and tested creative branding process built around four key stages broken down into a two-week schedule.
After assessing your requirements and goals, we will typically estimate the amount of time needed to complete each stage of the project. This will be used to develop a detailed proposal, which will be presented to you for approval before the project begins. The budget will be broken down by stage to ensure full transparency in the billing process, and to give you a clear understanding of how the budget is being allocated.
When presenting a brand identity, we often include a mockup of your home page. However, it’s important to note that this is not necessarily the final design. Website design requires different design skill sets, and it is typically out of scope for our branding projects. However, once your branding design is established, we can assign your website project to our in-house UI designer and web developer at a discounted price. This ensures that your website design is consistent with your brand identity, and that you receive a professional, high-quality website that effectively communicates your brand message.
Packaging design is a specialized area within brand design that is specifically focused on the creation of product packaging and labeling. While brand design takes a broader approach to a brand’s visual identity, packaging design has a more specialized focus, requiring consideration of factors such as packaging material, dieline design, production setup, and print checking. However, when presenting a brand identity, clients may also be shown early concept mockups of packaging design.
Our goal is to create a design that meets your needs and business objectives, while staying true to the overall design concept and brand identity. After presenting concepts and identity designs, clients get opportunities to review the work and provide feedback via emails or a video call. Typically we include 2 rounds of revisions and minor tweaks until the client is satisfied with the final design.
To get started on a branding project, customers typically need to have a clear understanding of their business goals, target audience, and overall brand vision. But if you don’t have one, no need to worry. We have a brand discovery questionnaires which you can fill out to answer those questions. It can also be helpful for you to have a budget and deadline in mind to ensure that we deliver what we promised within your expectations.
